- 1996 Separate Unit for Male Residents Started residing in the newly Constructed Building at Salt Lake.

- 2014 Received Ambulance, from Shri Debabrato Bandyopadhyay, M.P., Rajya Sabha under M.P. Lad scheme
- 2014 Installation of Water Meter for Purified Water from JUSCO
- 2019 A Small Recreational Zone was Designed with Sea-Saw, Swings etc. in backside area of home building
- 2021 A Playing and Recreational Set up in Roof
- 2022 Received CSR Fund from LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation for an Ambulance
- 2023 Purchasing of 12 Katha Land with a Partially Constructed Building at Madhyamgram
- 2024 New Ambulance donated by LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation
